Bespoke software
and applied AI.
Applications, integration, automation and artificial intelligence
for businesses in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Software that resolves a problem you already have, rather than a demonstration of technology. We begin with the process — what is done by hand today and what it costs — and only then decide what should be built, and what need not be.
What is included
Four ways in
Most engagements begin with the last of them: a small prototype demonstrating that the idea holds, before any budget is committed.
Bespoke application development
Mobile and desktop applications, and internal business tools: from concept through to the store or the server. With source code and documentation in the client's hands from the first day.Integration and automation
Connecting your systems so that they exchange data and cease to require manual intervention: the ERP with the online shop, the CRM with email, delivery notes with the accounts. Every repetitive task that disappears is time you were already paying for.Applied artificial intelligence
AI directed at a defined problem and measured against it: classifying documents, extracting data from invoices, summarising calls, or searching within the organisation's own documentation. Including where the data comes from, where it is processed, and what the GDPR has to say about it — which in AI is not a minor detail.Prototyping
A working first version suitable for demonstration, before committing to the definitive build. It serves two purposes: confirming that the idea holds, and confirming that the people who will use it understand it.
Our approach
Before a line is written
01
The process first
What is done today, by whom, and how long it takes. Automating a poor process merely performs it badly at greater speed.
02
Prototype, then decide
A small, real, demonstrable version. If the saving is not evident there, the work stops — the cheapest stopping point in the whole project.
03
The code is yours
Source, documentation and access are handed over and set out in writing. No dependence on the provider in order to continue.
Frequently asked questions
Development and AI in Marbella
What can artificial intelligence realistically do for a small business today?
Specific, measurable things: classifying and extracting data from invoices and delivery notes, drafting replies from historical correspondence, transcribing and summarising calls, or searching within the organisation's own documentation. What it does not do is replace a process nobody has documented: if the process is unclear, AI merely makes it faster and more expensive to correct.
Who owns the code you develop?
The client. Source code, documentation and access credentials are handed over, and this is set out in the contract. Bespoke development whose code you cannot take with you is not yours; it is a rental.
Can we start with something small?
That is the recommended approach. We begin with a prototype that addresses a real case and can be demonstrated to the people who will use it. If the saving is not evident in that first version, the work stops: discovering it there is considerably cheaper than discovering it after six months of development.
What are you still doing by hand?
Tell us, and we will say whether it can be automated, what it would save, and where to begin.
