01 IT consultancy

Assessed: servers and virtualisation · backup and recovery · identity and Microsoft 365 · network and telephony · end-user devices · CCTV.

High Backups run, but no restore has ever been tested — and the only copy resides in the same building.
High Fourteen domain accounts hold administrator privileges. Two would be appropriate.

What IT services do you provide to businesses in Marbella?

Do you work with smaller businesses?

Yes. The usual fit is a business of between 10 and 250 people without an internal IT department: professional practices, estate agencies, hotels, clinics and service businesses. Below ten workstations as well, although rather less is generally required than expected.

Can you give a second opinion on our existing arrangement?

Yes, and it is one of the most common ways to begin. We review what is in place, provide a written report with the findings ordered by risk, and set out what is needed and what is not. If what you have is working, we say so.
