2. Purpose
This website provides information about the IT consultancy, maintenance and installation services offered by its owner — systems, servers and virtualisation, backups, workstations, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and CCTV systems — and allows visitors to request information through a contact form. It also presents the mobile apps developed by its owner (section 9). No sales or contracting take place online.
3. Terms of use
Access to this site is free and open. Users undertake to use it lawfully and not to use the contact form to send unlawful content, unsolicited advertising or third-party data without their consent.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, logo and other brand elements of this site belong to its owner, except for third-party resources used under their own licence: the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Reproduction or use without authorisation is not permitted.
5. Liability
The owner aims to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption. The content is informational and does not constitute technical or legal advice applicable to a specific case without prior analysis.
6. Links
Should this site include links to third-party pages, the owner is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
7. Applicable law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the law.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
9. Mobile apps
The owner of this site is also the developer of the mobile apps listed below, and this legal notice applies to them as well. Anything not covered here is governed by the terms of the store from which each app is downloaded.
Sabor de Casa

Licence. The owner grants whoever installs the app a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it. Copying, distributing, modifying or decompiling it is not permitted, except where the law expressly allows it.
Your content is yours. The recipes, text and photographs you store in the app belong to you. The owner acquires no rights over them and, as explained in the privacy policy, has no access to them.
Liability. Your data is stored on your device and, if you turn it on, in the backup in your own Google Drive. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for data loss caused by losing or damaging the device, by uninstalling the app without a backup, or by the unavailability of third-party services such as Google Drive. Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Third-party resources. The app uses Google Fonts typefaces under the SIL Open Font License and public-domain sound recordings (Creative Commons 0) published on freesound.org. Android, Google Play and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC.
